These Terms of Use apply when you visit or play Animal Arena at theanimalarena.com, including Beast Wars, Protect Yourself and related site pages. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

THE GAMES ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT

Beast Wars and Protect Yourself use simplified animal ratings, fictional match-ups and game logic designed to create entertaining choices. Outcomes are not scientific predictions, wildlife safety advice or claims about what would happen in a real animal encounter. Animal Arena does not encourage real animal fighting or cruelty.

BEAST WARS MULTIPLAYER

Beast Wars can be played on the same device or through private online arenas. Private arena codes are intended to be shared with friends or other people you choose to invite. Display names are visible to other players in the room, so use a suitable nickname and do not include sensitive personal information.

Do not use names, room codes or other game inputs to harass, threaten, impersonate, abuse or deliberately upset other people.

PROTECT YOURSELF

Protect Yourself is a fictional survival game. Threats, casualties, injuries, timers and survival outcomes are game mechanics only. They should not be treated as guidance about approaching, handling or defending yourself from real wildlife.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not interfere with the site, overload or disrupt the game server, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, misuse private-room tokens or use Animal Arena for unlawful activity. You must not copy, scrape or redistribute substantial parts of the game, artwork, code or other protected material in a way that infringes applicable rights.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

Animal Arena is still being developed. We may update, rebalance, add, remove or temporarily suspend features in either game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site, private rooms, advertising services or any particular game feature.

ADVERTISING

Animal Arena may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense or other advertising services. Ads are separate from the games and never determine battle results, protector choices or difficulty. Third-party advertisers and advertising services have their own privacy information and terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Animal Arena name, Beast Wars and Protect Yourself game presentation, original artwork, card designs, site design, code and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Animal names and factual information about real species are not claimed as exclusive property. Third-party marks and services remain the property of their respective owners.
